A Data Extract is a file that is used to transfer data from one database to another database or application. This file is not intended for human consumption and typically is in a file format such as CSV or Text. Data Extracts can be one-time or recurring.
OHIA creates Data Extracts using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Extracts that are routed to external entities must use SFTP transfers.
New Data Extracts must be approved by the Office of Compliance. They require a completed "Request to Interface or Download" form which can be accessed here.
To request a new Data Extract from Clarity, please open a service request in ServiceNow. Please specify in the ticket that is should be assigned to OHIA Reporting.
