DGIT has heard the needs of the Health Sciences schools’ and is able to provide all members of the UCLA Health community with services that are aimed to make your daily work easier. We are able to offer all users with a Mednet account free licenses to the tools and applications below. We are excited to announce UCLAHS.FYI, a tool to shorten, share and track links, to the Health Sciences. UCLAHS.FYI allows you to turn a long UCLA webpage link into a shortened address. Just visit uclahs.fyi and log in. With this tool you’ll be able to:
- Shorten unwieldy URLs to a compact, easy-to-share link
- Customize your link with a meaningful keyword for better visibility and ease of use
- Personalize Qualtrics links for greater responses
- Track real-time usage stats and referring pages to links you distribute

- Free Office 2016

UCLA Health employees can now install Office 2016 on personal devices, including a family member’s device! As long as you’re an active employee, the latest Office applications will be available for free.
You can install Office 2016 on the following devices:
- Five PC or Mac desktops
- Five tablets
- Five smartphones

Qualtrics is an industry-leading, secure, self-service survey tool that offers a variety of question types and advanced features, including branching, reporting, and analytics.
The tool is licensed for the UCLA Health Sciences community, with no limitation on the amount of surveys created/distributed, and requires no set up. Start building your own surveys as soon as you sign in!

The intuitive cloud-based tool provides secure, 24/7 access to files from any location, on any device and is available for all Mednet users.

We are excited to announce that UCLA Health Zoom is now available to all Mednet users!
Zoom is a HIPAA-complaint, web-based video conferencing and collaboration platform. All Mednet users are eligible to claim a UCLA Health Zoom account.
