When submitting a request through the DGIT Computer Hardware/Software Order Form or Procurement Portal, include configuration details (color, storage, accessories) in the Description field. If not specified, we will quote the base model shown below.
For shared iPads, custom AirWatch profiles, or devices with cellular service, submit your request using the Mobile Device & Paging Request form.
Custom configurations are available for all models. To request one, list your specifications in the Description field when submitting your ServiceNow Catalog Order for a quote.
