Printer recommendations
We’ve evaluated and pre-selected a series of printers that should cover most use-cases across our diverse educational and research environment.
When you submit your ServiceNow ticket for a quote request, please indicate if you’ll be replacing an existing printer and whether or not you need to print from CareConnect. Not all models we offer are CareConnect compatible. Compatible models are indicated as “CareConnect Approved”. Details and specifications for each of the printers can be found by expanding the corresponding accordion menu.
If none of the options below suit your particular needs, please request a consultation when you open your ServiceNow Catalog Order Form for a quote request.
We do not provide quotes for ongoing supply needs. For toner and other supplies, please work with your purchasing department to place an Office Depot Order. We heavily recommend you stick with OEM products versus aftermarket.

Photocopiers
DGIT does not provide quotes or support for photocopiers. If you need to acquire such a product, there are currently three approved vendors with a UC wide contract:
- Canon Solutions America
- Ricoh USA Inc
- Xerox
All three vendors offer purchase and lease options for photocopiers and multi-function printers. Lease options typically include a maintenance contract. All three vendors offer CareConnect compatible models. You'll find the agreement and sales rep information on the Vendor Agreements List.
