Not all printer models are CareConnect compatible; those that are will be labeled “CareConnect Approved.” You can view details and specifications by expanding each printer’s accordion menu.

We do not provide quotes for ongoing supplies. For toner and other items, order through your purchasing department via Office Depot. OEM products are recommended over aftermarket.

All three vendors offer purchase and lease options for photocopiers and multi-function printers. Lease options typically include a maintenance contract. All three vendors offer CareConnect compatible models. You'll find the agreement and sales rep information on the Vendor Agreements List.
