The Conflict of Interest Review Committee (CIRC) is a faculty peer review panel responsible for reviewing personal financial interests disclosed by UCLA researchers, making determinations about whether those financial interests constitute conflicts of interest, and making recommendations about how those conflicts of interest can be eliminated, reduced, or managed.
DocuSign is an online system that makes it easy and efficient to collect electronic signatures. It is often used to streamline obtaining signatures on research documents such as protocol signature pages, grant administration documents, informed (electronic) consents and FDA forms.
The Office of the Human Research Protection Program (OHRPP), which is a Division within the Office of Research Administration, provides the campus and the five UCLA Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) with professional guidance and administrative support.
