Kevin Hong is currently a clinical informatics fellow and a pediatrician serving the UCLA and greater West Los Angeles community. He is a Ventura County native who attended university at Occidental College in nearby Eagle Rock, medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in faraway Bronx, and pediatric residency training at nearby Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. His current interests are in the potential of agentic AI agents and machine learning in healthcare operations, and in thoughtful governance as an informatician in developing systems that better serve patients and sustain clinicians.
