Jitin Makker was a fellow for 2020-2022 for the Combined Clinical Informatics and Surgical Pathology fellowship at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He is interested in imaging analytics, digital pathology, and workflow improvement with informatics tools. He was involved with development of the clinical pathology call log system and telepathology workflow improvement during his residency. Jitin obtained his medical degree from India from Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra. He completed his anatomic and clinical pathology residency at University of Southern California. Prior to residency, he did clinical research in interventional endoscopy and completed a Quality Improvement in Healthcare fellowship at UCLA in the Division of Digestive Diseases.
