This talk will delve into participant protections describing frameworks to consider when working with participant data, especially from American Indian or Alaskan Native Populations. This talk will also update the community to security standards when requesting data from NIH controlled-access data repositories that store and provide access to data shared under the Genomic Data Sharing Policy. This talk is a good overview of what investigators should expect when subject to these policies and how to prepare to comply with expectations of each.
