Sherie Rotondi began her career in healthcare in 2018 as an Ambulatory Principal Trainer at AltaMed Health Services. She was the lead Epic trainer for all Ambulatory provider training, including specialists in Pediatrics and Cardiology, all residents and medical students, and was also the lead Epic trainer for the Pharmacy department. She joined the ISS Training Team as the Ancillary Systems Principal Trainer in 2025 and supports ancillary application training across departments.
Sherie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Indiana University, Bloomington, and her Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University, Irvine. She holds Epic certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory Curriculum, Training Environment Build, Willow Ambulatory, and Radiant.
