Scott Painter

Scott Painter joined DGIT and UCLA Health IT in October 2018 as the Director of Client Services. Scott oversees our desktop support teams, walk-up service desk, and deployment team as they continue to drive quality and timely support across UCLA Health Sciences.

Scott has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership. Before joining UCLA Health, Scott worked in a variety of organizations within the SLED space where he was responsible for developing customer service goals, policies, and standards to better support the technical needs of each organization. Throughout his career, Scott has placed improving service delivery at the forefront of his professional endeavors. With every team, Scott has worked with his staff to help them with their professional growth and development to strengthen and advance the organization.
