Area of Focus: Professional Billing
Samantha Dunn has been with UCLA Health since 2011. She supported a clinic during the EPIC Big Bang go live and was inspired by the trainers that prepared staff for the implementation. She joined the Training Team in 2013 as a Credentialed Trainer, facilitating classroom learning for the Cadence, Ambulatory, Resolute PB, and Phoenix applications. In 2016, she transitioned to the Principal Trainer role for Resolute PB and remains passionate about facilitating training events that focus on user engagement, collaboration, and achieving efficient and intuitive system results. Samantha has a Bachelor's Degree in History and Organizational Communication and is EPIC Certified in Resolute PB.
