Mary McNeil has a demonstrated history of working in the health care industry for more than 15 years. She joined the ISS Training Team as the Cadence Principal Trainer in 2011, and she supported extensive go-lives across UCLA Health. Mary is passionate about training and she has a love for learning.
She has a Bachelors in Business Finance from California State, Los Angeles, she is a Certified DISC Trainer, and Conflict Mediation and Anger Management Specialist. Additionally, Mary received a Certificate of Completion from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Women's Leadership Institute. She leverages her experience and interpersonal skills to mentor and work collaboratively with key leaders, project teams and stakeholders at all levels to plan effective training strategies. Her Epic Certiciations include Cadence, Grand Central, and Prelude.
