Linda has began her career with UCLA Health in 2014. She started with the Patient Communication Center, where assisted multiple specialties and was appointed as a Mentor to new hires during their onboarding within the department. She joined the ISS CareConnect training team in 2015, bringing with her several years of training experience. She was a credentailed trainer for the Ambulatory Clinic Staff, Ancillaries, Providers, Phoenix and Cadence applications. In 2018, she took on the role of Principal Trainer for the Ambulatory Clinic Staff, Phoenix, HealthLink and Healthy Planet applications. Her love of training, creating and mentoring have helped her to connect with her business owners, users and colleagues throughout the organization and make an impact both directly and indirectly within the organization. Linda enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting and being apart of the solution.
