Kelsey started her career at UCLA Health in 2017 as a medical-surgical & telemetry nurse at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where she specialized in head & neck surgery, renal transplants, liver transplants, GI surgery, surgical oncology, brachytherapy, and trauma. She has been a member and held leadership positions in Unit Practice Council (UPC), Research and Innovation Council (RIC), has been a CareConnect Super User and was the interim Inpatient Nursing Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer. Kelsey is an active member of the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) SoCal Chapter. Kelsey is ANCC certified in Medical-Surgical nursing and accredited in Clinical Informatics. She holds a BS in Biology from the University of San Francisco and a BSN from New York University.
