Area of Focus: ASAP and Stork

Jeremy Encarnacion is the ASAP and Stork Principal Trainer. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at UCLA in 2013, and in his final year of undergrad, he supported the CareConnect "Big Bang" go-live as a Super User. After graduating, Jeremy began his career at UCLA Health working in the Patient Access department for almost two years before joining the Informatics Training Team as a Credentialed Trainer (CT). As a CT, he led classes in ASAP, ADT, and Stork, as well as developed and facilitated training for non-Epic project implementations, including O365, Message Encryption, SharePoint, and Duo for Multi-Factor Authentication. After a couple of years, he transitioned into the Principal Trainer role with a focus on the Emergency and OBGYN departments while also supporting as the backup for ClinDoc Inpatient Nursing. Jeremy is Epic-certified in ASAP Emergency Department, Stork, and EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation, and he is proud to call himself a Bruin for life.
