Ivan Patino is a healthcare IT professional with a strong background in revenue cycle operations and electronic health record (EHR) training. He began his career at UCLA Health in 2019 as a Professional Biller, where he quickly advanced to become a super user for the Hematology Oncology billing team, supporting process optimization and staff development.
In 2021, Ivan transitioned to the ISS Informatics Training team, where he earned multiple Epic credentials as a Credentialed Trainer for several CareConnect applications, including Hospital Billing (HB), ADT/Patient Access (Grand Central), and Health Information Management (HIM). In 2025, Ivan transition to the Principal Trainer role to support the Workday application.
Ivan specializes in system training, curriculum development, and end-user readiness, providing support during major system upgrades and go-lives.
