Dennis Garcia

About
Dennis joined DGIT in 2022 as the Director of Client Experience. His focus is on proactively improving the support and services DGIT provides by looking at large-scale process mapping and organizational improvement efforts throughout the UCLA Health IT organization in order to automate, streamline and enhance workflow processes.
Dennis is a lifelong Bruin. After completing his undergraduate degree at UCLA, he started his career with UCLA Health in 1996 and has held multiple leadership roles. He was most recently a member of UCLA Health IT’s ISS group as the Radiant Application Manager. In this role, he was responsible for the Radiant Module which is used in various clinical and research areas. During his time in this role, Dennis created and cultivated a holistic and multi-faceted cross-team support model to successfully complete projects and support stakeholders. In addition, he is passionate about mentoring and influencing individuals within and outside of his team to help them with their professional development.
