Arcy is the Hospital Billing Principal Trainer. Before joining the ISS Training Team in 2012, she was a high school Spanish teacher. This experience has helped in her transition to a career in Training. Her Epic Certifications include Resolute Hospital Billing, Grand Central, Prelude, and HIM.
Arcy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and a Master of Arts in Education from Claremont Graduate University.
