Pallavi Mynampati is the Director of Enterprise Analytics in the Office of Health Informatics and Analytics (OHIA).  With over a decade of experience in healthcare and data strategy, Pallavi has played a pivotal role in harnessing analytics to drive meaningful improvements in patient care at UCLA Health. She has led analytics teams through complex enterprise-wide initiatives such as a hospital acquisition and the COVID-19 pandemic response, ensuring analytics remains a cornerstone of healthcare decision-making across the enterprise.  She works closely with UCLA Health leadership to navigate the evolving technology landscape, ensuring that analytics is not just reactive, but a driving force in shaping the future of healthcare—especially in the era of artificial intelligence. Prior to UCLA Health, Pallavi was a consultant at PwC, where she helped develop predictive models for major healthcare organizations. She also has deep expertise in EHR application development and deployment, leading critical initiatives such as the implementation of EHR functionality for Transplant Departments at UCSD Health and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Pallavi holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, where she focused on technology management. Most of her spare time is spent with her 7-month-old, but she tries to make time to read historical fiction, hike, and spend time with friends and family when she’s not catching up on sleep.
