Nick Percoco is Kraken’s Chief Security Officer. Nick has more than 24 years of experience in cybersecurity. At Kraken, he is responsible for Security & Engineering. Prior to Kraken, Nick was the Chief Security Officer at Uptake, Vice President of Global Services at Rapid, and Senior Vice President & Founder of SpiderLabs, a Division of Trustwave. During this time, he has built and advised in the creation of security programs for the world’s top brands, investigated some of the largest consumer data breaches, developed security technology trusted by millions of businesses, discovered vulnerabilities in the technology used by billions of people every day. Nick has presented security research numerous times at world-renowned security events such as DEF CON, Black Hat and RSA Conference. He’s also the founder of THOTCON, a popular security conference held in Chicago each year.
