Here is the latest edition of IT updates for an overview on what’s available and what’s to come.

- Make sure your macOS is updated to at least 10.13 to avoid any disruptions with Box Drive (and Box Sync) after September 25. Check what macOS you're currently running →
- Our organization will be retiring Skype for Business on September 30 in preparation of Microsoft retiring the application in 2021. Microsoft Teams is available to all UCLA Health and installed on managed devices. Review our Guide for Microsoft Teams or register for a basic or advanced webinar to learn more about the tool.
Reporting Dangerous Emails
Beginning September 3 at 7 p.m., you will be able to report suspicious emails (including phishing or spam) directly from Outlook. Once you’ve reported an email, the message will be sent to our teams for review and will erase the message from your inbox if found to be malicious.

UCLA Health Zoom Security
Zoom is requiring the UCLA Health Zoom instance to implement additional security settings to all meetings beginning September 27. All UCLA Health Zoom meetings will be required to have a passcode or waiting room enabled.
