Emergency Medicine
Dr. Bell is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Physician Informaticist in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Bell is the first inaugural fellow to graduate from the Clinical Informatics Fellowship Program (2016 - 2018) at UCLA. Dr. Bell believes the capacity for Clinical Informatics to impact patient care positively is limitless. Accordingly, Dr. Bell is primarily interested in harnessing the power of clinical decision support, machine learning, and innovation to cultivate high-quality medical care for underserved patients on an international scale.
