On June 7, from 1pm-4pm, our IT team hosted our first Ask me about myUCLAhealth event at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Our myUCLAhealth patient portal allows patients to actively manage appointments, communicate securely with their care team, view lab results, and much more! This event provided our MyChart team the opportunity to connect with our community of end-users that are directly impacted by the work we do. In addition to providing support, we are exicted by the great feedback and future development ideas that were collected. Based on this event, we will be looking to make adjustments to patient-facing verbiage that will improve the patient experience.
We are excited to host these pop-up events quarterly. Come by and see us at one of our next events. You will be able to locate our team onsite, wearing bright yellow t-shirts that say “Ask me about myUCLAhealth”. We look forward to continually engaging with operational and clinical staff as well as patients and their loved ones to make improvements to the portal, answer questions, and provide technical support!
