Our team has enhanced medical education by equipping spaces, such as the Geffen Hall’s Teaching Lab, with hand-selected AV technology. We’ve helped clients bring their stories to life with custom video production. We’ve recorded and streamed town halls to help key messages resonate beyond live audiences.

What is live streaming?


With live streaming, you can boost access to your event and reach a large audience. We offer streaming to multiple platforms, including YouTube, Zoom, and others. You will not be able to interact with attendees during a live stream. If you require interactive capabilities for your event, please see our Conferencing page for information on video and web conferencing.

Will you edit my video?


Absolutely. We’ll even outline editing time on your proposal.

May I request changes after my video has been edited?


Yes. Our proposals include time for revisions.

How long will it take to create my video?


Turnaround time for our videos varies. We’ve included project lengths in our portfolio to give you an idea of our time frame.

How many takes may I do?


We’ll work with you to get the best take possible and create a video you’re proud to share.

May I request a reshoot?


We offer reshoots at our standard rate of $80 an hour per technician. During the collaboration, we usually catch any issues that could necessitate a reshoot.

How much do your media services cost? 


Our video production, photography, and live streaming services cost $80 an hour per technician. The overall cost will vary depending on your goals. We’ll discuss the price of your project and provide a quote before we move forward with service.

In what formats will my video be delivered?


We can deliver your video in standard formats as requested. Some common file types include .mp4 and .mov.

Will my video include background music?


Yes. We source music from a stock library and include cost details in our estimates.
